Today we used dot stickers to practice letter formation and recognition. This is a great activity for preschoolers or early elementary aged kids with modifications for 1-2 year olds.

Paper Towel Roll Haircuts- Scissor Skills for Toddlers and Preschoolers

This activity is low prep and big on fun! Save a paper towel or toilet paper roll this week and you will be all set.

The kids will love giving haircuts and drawing faces on the people they create. They get some fine motor and scissor practice in while having a blast! This might require supervision for younger kids, but older children can be fairly independent here.
